Terms

# Clear boundaries for using Safivo.

These website terms apply until a signed Safivo order form, pilot agreement, or other contract takes over. That signed agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Effective July 27, 2026

01

## Agreement and eligibility

By using the Safivo website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use Safivo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Safivo entity identified in a signed order form is the contracting party for paid services.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use.

02

## The service and pilots

Safivo helps teams read recurring operational documents, check them against business records, route exceptions for review, and write approved results to connected systems. Scope, fees, implementation details, support, and any service levels are defined in a signed order form or pilot agreement.

A walkthrough is exploratory and creates no purchase obligation. A workflow is not production-ready until the agreed tests, permissions, review boundaries, and deployment requirements are complete.

03

## Customer instructions and human review

You control the documents, connected systems, business rules, approvals, and people authorized to use Safivo. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to provide that data and direct those actions.

Automated results can be incomplete or wrong. You must keep appropriate human review for financial, legal, safety-critical, regulated, irreversible, or otherwise high-impact decisions. Safivo may pause a workflow when inputs conflict, permissions are missing, or a configured boundary requires review.

04

## Connected and third-party services

Connected systems and third-party providers are governed by their own terms. Availability and exact read or write actions depend on the provider, connection, permissions, API behavior, and workflow configuration.

Safivo is not responsible for a third-party service changing, suspending, or discontinuing its functionality. We will not expand permissions or add a new provider to a production workflow without the required customer authorization.

05

## Acceptable use

You may not use Safivo to:

-   break the law, infringe rights, or process data you are not authorized to use;
-   bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or disrupt the service;
-   introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or misrepresent automated output as verified human judgment;
- resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

06

## Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of customer data and the workflow-specific materials you provide. You authorize Safivo to process them only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

Safivo retains ownership of its software, platform, templates, designs, and general know-how. Feedback may be used without restriction as long as it does not identify you or disclose confidential customer information.

07

## Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect the other's non-public information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Required disclosures may be made when legally compelled, where permitted after notice.

Security, privacy, retention, provider, region, and data-processing commitments for a production deployment belong in the applicable agreement. The public Security and Privacy pages describe the baseline and do not replace signed terms.

08

## Disclaimers and liability

Except for commitments in a signed agreement, the website, walkthroughs, and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Safivo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under these website terms. Any negotiated liability limits for paid services are stated in the signed agreement.

09

## Suspension, termination, and changes

Safivo may suspend access needed to prevent harm, respond to a security issue, comply with law, or address a material breach. Termination rights and post-termination handling for paid services are defined in the signed agreement.

We may update these website terms as the service changes. The effective date shows the latest version. Governing law, venue, notices, and other negotiated terms are set in the applicable signed agreement. Questions can be sent to hello@safivo.com.
